I got to skip the phone screen as I had interviewed a few years back. I was rejected and did not receive enough positive feedback from the onsite to even progress to hiring committee, but apparently my performance was good enough to bypass phone screen. Upon my request, the recruiter shared very detailed feedback from my prior Facebook interview which was extremely helpful. Common theme was that I did not plan out my algorithms before jumping into whiteboard coding. Seems that is largely what cost me the interview, especially when I ran into problems coding. This time I prepped on LeetCode and also practiced writing out my proposed solution before starting. I also took several technical phone screens in the weeks prior to Facebook onsite so that I could practice with another person. One company let me do it in person, which allowed me to practice on a whiteboard.

Leetcode Qs aren’t exactly what was asked, but closest approximations

Whole process was pretty quick as I had competing offers and other interviews.
