Responsibilities:
● Research and implement the automatic speech recognition (ASR) and texttospeech (TTS) system, adapt them to solve industrial problems.
● Optimize speech recognition model training procedures that operate on large amounts of audio data in different languages;
● Build tools and systems to improve our ability to collect and use data, runexperiments, and improve related products.
● Work in a highly collaborative environment with teams across regions to deliver systems from prototyping to production level.
Requirement:
● PhD or MS degree with a focus on NLP, speech, machine learning or related fields.
● Strong knowledge on speech and handson experience in relevant projects.
● 3+ years work experience in the industry.
● Able to read, adapt and implement ideas and algorithms from journals and
papers.
● Solid programming experience in Python and C/C++.
● Experience in deep learning platform such as Tensorflow, Pytorch, MXNet, etc.
