New Grad, top 20 CS grad.

Interview process: OA -> phone -> onsite interview

Online assessment usually includes 2 easy coding questions (including basic data structure); if you finshed the coding questions, then an HR would contact you and see “if you match our high standards for hiring”. To be honest, I don’t think it’s ethical for companies to waste too much of interviewees’ time when they don’t have much demands in job market.
