第一次发帖～最近面了UberEats Product Analyst role。我的背景纯商科-MBA，然后2年分析工作（没有SQL的）偏重 biz ops analyst，最近两年在金融公司，才用了2年SQL，纯自学，所以功底不扎实，也没来及刷很多题，就上了。对product 感兴趣，上了很多product innovation的课程，工作中support pm做一些分析，但是也不多。

技术店面被告知一个小时：

我准备的方向：个人故事、简历细节、why ubereats, why this role, experiment, product evaluation/recommend product improvement, kpi, case questions

可能是商科的原因，对我最难的是：experiment中统计的部分和sql（怕出难题）

面试的人：非常nice的中国人，即使我后面答题很烂，居然还能在questions for me 非常有耐心的解答我的问题。听说team大佬们都是中国人，所以感兴趣的真的可以试试。

好像开头说分4个部分，不记得怎么划分，但是根据顺序：

  1. 部门公司介绍及Q&A

  • Ubereats-riders

  • Eaters (growth, experience, customer service, web)

  • Restaurants

  • Marketplace

  1. 关于你的问题和why

  • explain to me what your company does

  • any project you used numbers and made any recommendations

  1. Ubereats rewards 想三个pros和cons

pros:

  • revenue up because you lock in customers, so motivate them to spend;

  • acquisition cost down because you leverage the cross sell;

branding: this helps uber build its ecosystem which will strengthen uber branding like Amazon prime

cost 我说的很烂，所以不解释了

  1. experiment: 如何衡量ubereats rewards的impact，用两分钟说下过程

这个时候我的脑子突然down掉了，这么基本的问题，我居然答乱了，因为前一个问题没答好，所以脑子里还在想前一个问题

  1. sql test，这个开始看，很简单，我还上来就写了，后来乱了-死掉了

一个user table 有user_id 和 treatment or control （只有在experiment中的user才会在这个table里

一个trip table 有user_id, trip_id, trip date (有全部user)

问题：average trips for treatment and control group respectively

面挂后还没来及好好想想写。这两天一直在刷题好好练习sql
