第三轮 (Manager Interview)
Mostly behavioral, asks about your previous projects. My interviewer was extremely unethusiatisic and showed up 16 minutes late. I was the last one in my batch of interviewees to be picked up. Appeared to not be completely listening to my answers.
第四轮 (HR Interview)
Mostly behavioral once again. They will ask you what competing offers you have in the end of this. If you have offers from other companies don’t tell them because I was honest and I told them I had a Microsoft offer already and it made the HR representative visibly upset.
Overall thoughts: Pretty bad interview experience, the manager did not seem attentive at all and HR was upset over me telling the truth. The engineers in the first two rounds were great, however, the last two rounds were a nightmare. The manager also seemed to hate his job so that was another red flag. Advice would be to not tell Bloomberg you have any offers that are comparable or better than Bloomberg or else they will get triggered.
