LAWFTY is looking for a junior, full-stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to help us operate and scale out our legal case generation business nationwide. Our team is looking for a highly driven generalist that can develop new features and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues. Our team and our culture were born out of the need for law firms to leverage technology in a fast-paced startup environment.
In this capacity, you will be working to develop clean code that scales and support our lead gen, CMS, and call center operations stack. The Rails 5 stack (rebooted in 2017) cleanly connects with Google Ads API, Twilio API, Streak CRM, Slack and a handful of additional data sources. You will be responsible for: development of call center and intake operations, analytics creation of data visualization dashboards, development of new features for our Ad-Tech platform, ongoing maintenance of our Ruby on Rails codebase, and support of our AWS deployment.
While remote work is allowed, this position will require the candidate to work from our Huntington, Long Island office several days per week once COVID related restrictions have been lifted. Experience with Ruby on Rails is a strong plus.
