We’re looking for experienced program manager who will be responsible for managing programs or multiple projects within the core engineering group.
This individual will work closely with various project owners to define the project team and assign responsibilities.
Primary responsibilities include guiding process development at a team level, managing one or more programs/projects across a multi-disciplinary,
multi-function group of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Program Management with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment/Delivery
Accountable for driving delivery of projects and programs from start to finish.
Aligns project teams to deliver quality products.
Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch
Understands and executes a wide variety of project management approaches and PM methodologies (waterfall, Agile / Scrum, etc.…).
Delivers timely, effective, concise program deliverables including program plans, governance plans and presentations, project timelines, dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation.
Ensures project document repositories are maintained and updated.
Communicates program objectives, status, risks and alternatives with senior stakeholders, leadership and executives.
Persistent attention to detail and display excellent interpersonal skills within the team members and cross-functional resources .
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects and programs.
Demonstrated understanding of modern software development and infrastructure tools, processes and practices.
Excellent leadership skills including ability to concisely frame complex problems, design simple solutions, and drive implementation collaboratively across teams
Proficiency with a wide range of technology tools and project management tools as required
BA/BS in business, computer science or other technical field or appropriate work experience
