Leaving Microsoft for Google/Uber/Tower. Manager not allowing resignation
So I decided to leave Microsoft. I have offers from Uber, Google and Tower Research and I told my manager that I’ll be leaving for Google.
Because of the competitor policy my manager is not filling my resignation as in Microsoft India manager has to fill in the resignation to HR and he does not want me to be walked out immediately.
Not only this he has also made me on call for next one week and expecting me to complete the feature work and do proper transition simultaneously. What should I do in this case, he is behaving so weirdly. Also I want to be walked out asap from Microsoft IDC to spend some time with family and friends.
Please suggest what should I do.
