General Format：第一轮面试是和recruiter面，25分钟左右，主要是why tech和behavioral question；个人感觉面试的题目就那一套，可以在glassdoor上看看以前人被问了啥问题，挨个准备一下，就八九不离十

Question 3: Why Microsoft? What is yourfavorite team in Microsoft?
Question 4: tell me about one of yourprevious experience
Question 5: tell me about a time when youwork with a team that is hard to work with
Question 6: How would you explain recursionto a 5-year-old child or your grandma who know nothing about technology?
Question 7: How do you stay up to date tonew technology？
