AWS Cancelled onsite, forgot to tell me!
So I was supposed to have an onsite interview with AWS today. I had the interview prep call last Friday with the recruiter and everything was good. I show up today and after 20 mins of waiting, the receptionist told me that the interview is cancelled. I am in the bay area and the interview was here too.
I called the recruiter and she said that someone was supposed to tell me this 3 days ago but didn’t. The interview date was decided 4 weeks ago, so they definitely had enough time to cancel whenever. Anyway, this was a bummer, wasn’t a nice feeling to get told that at the reception in front of other people. They still haven’t given me a reason for the cancellation.
