以下是我在准备Amazon on site的时候整理的高频Behaivor Questions，没有按LP走，因为我觉得按类型归类会比较方便准备，不过14LP几乎全覆盖，有答案相交的题但没有重复。
因为每个故事可以靠很多题，所以大家在准备的时候也无需每道题都进行编排，大概写上10-20个小故事，将各大类全覆盖，最后抽检几道小题假设如果被问到一定要有相应的故事往这边靠。比如说被问到Tell me a time when you overcame a challenge，然后你没有确切的准备这道题，就拿一个Tell me a time when you succeed / a project you proud of，先blablabla说个大概，然后在STAR的T和A加上一个该项目的难点以及怎么克服的，就ok了。
然后在回答BQ的时候，尽量先模糊地（但是不能过于模糊）说一下，然后故意挑一两个可能会引起Interviewer来提follow-ups的点保留。比如说被问到Tell me about a time where you thought of a new way to save money for the company。就可以先大概把STAR讲出来，但这个new way可以先说的模糊一些，然后result也稍微模糊一些，等着他来深入提问。之后你就可以把所有data-driven的数据，你用的这个new way是怎么构思的，save了多少money，有什么impact再逐一回答。不然你准备了这个小故事，一下全盘拖出，面试官follow up的问题只回答几秒钟而且模棱两可，这个我觉得就不太好了。

我自己写了15个小故事，每篇大概200多字然后设计一个印象深刻一点的题目做hash，等被问到一道BQ题的时候，O(n)过一下题目名，挑最匹配的讲
